From Karla’s Kitchen: How We Made S’mores Just Right
Every month, subscribers help us test a new in-development flavor. Their input gives us information we need to make it better and decide if it’s worthy of a full-scale release.
When subscribers tried S’moresin July, it was clear this was one everyone would enjoy! “I was kind of shocked by how positive the responses were,” Karla said. Here are a few quotes from enthusiastic subscribers:

What makes a perfect s’more? For some it might be an extra layer of chocolate. For others, it’s all in the toasted ‘mallow. Karla’s challenge was to find that just-right balance of the three flavors so that none of them overpowered other parts of the recipe.
Karla revisited theS’moresrecipe and discovered that by adding just a little bit more graham cracker flavor, the result was more balanced –– and it brought the overall flavor closer to the classic campfire treat you know and love.
