How long does it last in the fridge?

Once mixed, we recommend having it within 36 hours of putting them in the fridge. If you don't finish it and plan on eating it later, just put it back in the fridge with the lid closed. The pouches will last for many months unopened. For a precise ‘best by’ date check out the date printed on the top of each pack.

Can I mix and drink them immediately? Or do I have to wait overnight?

The longer the oats soak, the softer they get. We recommend soaking for four to five hours, but some customers do enjoy eating it immediately for a more textured oatmeal.

What kind of milk can I use?

Any milk or milk alternative works great. Just don’t use water. Keep in mind that milk alternatives are often sweetened, which can affect overall taste. Unsweetened almond mylk is our go-to.

Can I use water?

Don’t use water - it won’t taste great. Think of it like eating cereal with water instead of milk. You’ve been warned.
