What is the Oats Overnight Loyalty Program?

It’s our way of rewarding you for being an Oats Overnight customer. You earn oon on every order, and for other things like referring friends, filling out surveys, and rating flavors you’ve tried. As you collect oon, you gain tiered status that unlocks special prizes, perks and experiences.

What's oon?

oon (/o͞on/) is a point system that tracks your progress as you go from one tier to the next. It's not a currency and you can’t redeem oon for discounts or cash. Instead, oon gets you to higher tiers that unlock perks like new features and physical rewards.

How do I earn oon?

You earn oon from things you’re probably already doing - ordering oatmeal, reviewing the monthly FID, and rating flavors in the Subscriber Portal that you’ve tried. oon earned from ordering physical products will be reflected in your account once an order ships. oon earned from taking other actions like rating flavors and filling out surveys will appear in your account immediately.

Is there a limit to how much oon I can earn?

No! Earn away.

The only limit is on referrals, and you can earn referral oon for up to 10 qualifying referrals.

Does my oon expire?

oon does not expire. Even if you cancel your subscription and leave us, your oon will stick around but we know you’ll be back...

Will customers be awarded oon for purchases made before the loyalty program launched?

Yes! We are starting customers with the oon they would have received for purchases and referrals (up to 10) that occurred before the program started. If you qualify for a reward, we’ll ship it with your next subscription order.

When will I get my rewards?

Depending on the type of reward, it could be immediate. For new features and perks, they are available immediately in your portal. Once you unlock a physical reward, it will be shipped along with your next subscription order. You’ll be notified when you unlock a reward, and you can see your progress towards the next one in your portal.

How do tiers work?

As you earn oon, you move into higher tiers. Each tier unlocks new features and/or physical rewards! You’ll see your tier status, progress, and upcoming perks in your loyalty dashboard.

What are subscription streaks and how do they affect oon?

A subscription streak gives you extra oon for every subscription order on top of what you would already earn for your regular purchases. The longer your streak is, the more oon you earn each subscription order.

If at any point you have no active subscriptions your streak count will reset.

Where can I see my progress?

Your loyalty dashboard shows:

Your current tier status

Lifetime oon earned

Surveys and flavor ratings completed

Can my oon or tier go down?

If a purchase is returned, the oon earned from it may be removed. Your tier may adjust if corrections drop you below a threshold. We may update oon balances or progression metrics at any time to fix errors or address misuse.

Oats Overnight may revoke oon points, badges, tier status, or Program participation for suspected fraud, abuse, gaming of the system, or violation of any of the terms & conditions.

Can oon be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged?

No. oon has no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged.

Do I need to opt into the Loyalty Program? Is it free?

Everyone is automatically opted into the Loyalty Program. All purchases add to your oon total, and yes the program is completely free of charge.

What are the care instructions for the steel shakers?

The white, black, and purple steel shakers are technically dishwasher safe, but to minimize the chance of damage/scuffs we recommend handwashing them. The gold steel shakers are not dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing those gently in cold water with a mild, non-abrasive soap. After rinsing, dry with a soft microfiber towel. Definitely do not microwave any of the steel shakers.

Can the program change?

Yes. We may update the program, add new perks, adjust tiers, or change how oon is earned. We’ll always aim to make updates that improve your overall experience. Please refer to the program Terms & Conditions for details.
