When making your own cup of overnight oats, you'll face a number of questions:
These recipes will answer these questions and instruct you how to make your own.
Overnight Oats Recipe #1 - Chocolate Chia Surprise
Serves 4
The ingredients you will need:
- two very ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp of cacao powder
- 4 tbsp of raw honey or coconut sugar
- 3 cups of milk or milk alternative (almond milk, for example)
- 1 cup of rolled oats
Note: Steel cut oats are tasty, but do not create the best consistency for overnight oats. We recommend using rolled oats. Instant oats (also called "quick oats") will work, but we recommend cooking with rolled oats.
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
Cold Overnight Oats Recipe:
- In one bowl, mix the banana, the cacao powder, and the sweetener. Make sure to mix everything really good so that it becomes a smooth paste.
- Mix in the oats and chia seeds.
- Mix in the milk.
- Stir continuously until it is well-mixed.
- Put it in the fridge overnight.

Cold Overnight Oats Recipe:
- Using a blender, blend the spinach (or kale), bananas, chia seeds, and milk.
